It has to be said, the Tabletalk office is a massive fan of the bagel in all its holey forms.  What’s not to like, bagels are low in fat, high in fibre, crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside and offer the most delicious combination of fillings and flavours.  There’s something for everyone, from the plain to the seedy and downright greedy.

So it’s no surprise then that New York Bakery Co are spreading the word using sandwich bags in 180 of our sandwich shops nationwide for 4 weeks.  That’s over half a million messages delivered into the hands of the famished masses reminding us about bagels as a perfect lunch or snack choice.

Hmm… tummy rumbling right now actually, I may need to check whether there’s a spare bagel in the kitchen – have to be quick with this lot!
