It seems the theme of 3 continues as this time it’s Sony Music back with a third campaign. Having already supported Laura Mvula’s album release with coffee sleeves targeted at trendies and yummy mummies in London, followed by a campaign on beer mats in London rock pubs to promote Don Broco’s new album; Sony Music are currently running tablewrap in 14 university student unions to promote BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge for 4 weeks.
It’s great to see such a versatile and innovative use of creative media solutions to impact a diverse audience as they go about their everyday lives. The words of Plato certainly ring true, ‘Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything’.
The album went straight into the Official UK Top 40 Compilations Chart at Number 1 and has remained there for a second week.
