Anglian Water are running a pharmacy bag campaign to help raise awareness for their Priority Services Register.

The Priority Services Register is designed to help the more vulnerable members of our communities to receive tailored care to suit there needs. This can be of great help to many people with disabilities or long term health conditions.

For example if there was a water leak and a customer was registered as deaf then Anglian Water would send them a text message rather than call them. That is just one of hundreds of different ways that Anglian Water can tailor their response to suit their more vulnerable customers if the are on the Priority Services Register.

Pharmacy bags are particularly useful in targeting the elderly and those in at risk groups as well as their carers and family members to ensure as many people are aware of the Priority Services Register and that it is FREE to join.
