Advertising the service on branded pharmacy bags in local pharmacies across East Sussex allowed the message to be delivered in a relevant, resonant way to a range of key audiences – the aged, the more vulnerable in the community, as well as caregivers and others who might know someone that might suffer adversely in extreme weather and need support.
