The Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) Signposting their support and information services on pharmacy bags. The bags give people who are seeking support or have questions about their mental health, the opportunity to get in touch with the country’s leading mental health charity.

Raising awareness of the fact that many of those who have mental health problems are struggling to access help, SAMH know that talking is the first step to improving mental wellbeing and that helping someone who is at their lowest point could save their life.

Pharmacies dispense medication to people with a wide variety of mental health issues including depression to anxiety, so by placing a message of support discreetly into someone’s hands they are helping those that need it make that first step.
