Vodafone reach SME’s in Coffee Shops

The anytime, anywhere work patterns in force today have had a tremendous impact on the coffee industry.  A coffee shop is in itself a versatile space and in recent years has transformed into the ideal alternative office.  Many now offer free access to wifi and actively encourage customers to stay for extended periods of time with no pressure to give up their seat, as long as they invest in a steady supply of coffee and cake.  It’s an everyday space that caters to a multitude of needs and a place where business and leisure naturally coincide.

Coffee Shops offer a captive audience actively taking a break from their busy routine and in a relaxed and receptive frame of mind.  Using a combination of Tablewrap to reach a sit down audience and Coffee Cups to reach an audience on the go, Vodafone have capitalised on the coffee shop office specifically to reach SME’s with a message about One Net Business.  The software gives businesses the ability to direct all landline calls through mobile when staff are out and about making sure they never miss a call.  The activity is running nationwide in 100+ outlets for a period of 8 weeks.
